Circular Knife Grinder AKS 0302

The machine is suitable for grinding flat
and disc-shaped circular knives 80-480 mm
in diameter.

All controls are ergonomically placed and clearly.
This means effortless and safe working for the operator.
A halogen work light provides optimum illumination
of the working field.

The circular blades are water cooled
during the grinding process. This leads to a high service
life of the knife. A pump ensures continuous circulation of
the coolant.

The slip angle is a wheel set and displayed continuously
on a scale. The cut bevels can thus be kept in the optimum
width for the clippings.

The result:
precise cuts without  "cutting beards ", clear,
streak-free surface of the cut slices, just discarded pile.

On a sliding weight of the grinding pressure is regulated.
Due to the high grinding performance can also be damaged
circular knife restored.

A finely adjustable stop system ensures
that the knife only as much material as is absolutely necessary
is removed.

Grinding and deburring is done in one operation.
The circular knives are electrically driven. You remain
absolutely round. The average grinding time for a knife
with a 480 mm diameter is about 15 seconds.

Knives of 80-250 mm diameter are taken up via an
adapter (optional). They are also electrically powered,
and are ground in one set and trimmed.

Become uneven grinding wheels are dressed with
a dressing device contained in the delivery fast and secure.
